iphone no signal after unlock

i recently upgrade my 3gs to 4.3.3 through itune, then jailbreak and change the baseband to ipad baseband (06.15.00) through redsn0w. but b4 jailbreaking it i DID NOT activate the phone with at&t simcard. now the phone can not pick up signal even though i already install ultrasn0w. can anyone help me with this problem. thanks!!
