My iPhone 12 keeps coming up iPhone not backed up I turned off back up and it still comes up? It wouldn’t back up due to lack to space on ICloud how can I fix this?
 
That's odd that it's still giving that message after disabling iCloud backups. Maybe try Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings to see if that will clear it.
