I have an iphone that is not syncing with either of my imacs. I have an imac G5, white, without intel chips, and I have a new iMac 24 inch aluminum, with dual core intel chips running Leopard x.v.2 My other iMac is on Tiger x.4.2

My iphone gets charged when i plug it in to either, but it no longer causes itunes to automatically start when I plug it in, and hence does not ask if I want to sync. It doesn't even show up in the itunes devices. Any thoughts? It showed up briefly on the tiger imac last night, long enough to say it needed an update. I downloaded the updated. Though still it is not being recognized by either when I plug it in, it only charges.

Any thoughts?
