iphone not charging or loading itunes on pc-NOTHING

I usually use an ac charger to charg but want to empty some videos/pictures to the desktop to backup but when I connect it, nothing.

no charging sound/icon, no itunes loading. when I launched itunes it didnt recognize anything. used front ports/rear ports on pc (usb 3.0) but nothing.

havent connected the phone in a while but nothing

tried 2 different cable, nothing. works well with the ac charger but doesnt react to the phone with the pc.

anyone know other options? I did try rebooting. power/home button hold.

but it didnt do anything.

You know you posted this in the iPad section that being said if it works fine with the ac charger maybe it's he computer have you tried pluging it into another computer see what that does or maybe anoth r port on that computer just a thought.

oops my bad. will try on another pc and see if it wakes up. then ill know for sure.

first to find another pc. yea, only one..
