My iPhone running 11.2.5 isn't talking to my old iPad running 9.3.5 it was working until the latest update, the photo's from the iPhone are not showing in photo's on the iPad, i have checked settings and all seems ok is it because the iPad software is old, when i tried to update i was told the software is up to date.

Assuming you’re keeping your photos in iCloud, make sure you're logged into your iCloud account and “iCloud photo library” is set to on.
