I have my iPhone set in WinterBoard to display a User Wallpaper, but the background is still black. I then tried to set a custom wallpaper using Kate, and that didn't work either. Then I installed a theme through WinterBoard, and the background and custom app icons aren't displaying. Why is this happening?
