Heya folks... I`m a newby, so please be gentle! :)

I`m attempting (in vain) to transfer my music on my iphone 4 to my itunes on my laptop. I use a desktop as my primary itunes use, however, due to work and travelling, I want to put all of my music on my laptop.

The problem starts right after I have connected my iphone into my laptop. When I attempt to open up the driver, all I get is a DCIM folder with the pictures that I have on my iphone. Thats it! No folders for contacts etc., and certainly nothing for music! I have gone online and tried to follow the steps, like unhiding hidden folders, but, nothing happens.

HUH

Can anyone please assist me in this matter - this has become very onerous and I utterly lost. Honestly, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!
Sher

Yeah, you can't access your iPhone like that.

There are some apps that can pull the music off and put it into your computer.
