So my iphone 5 was having some issues and i had to reset it to factory settings and when i try to load a backup it will download it but when the phone loads up it is still on factory settings. is my iphone backup gone or is it not loading properly? i did not get any error messages or any notifications.p.s. backing up from itunes.
