iPhone not ringing

My phone is really playing up now. As well as my Wifi issue, it now, not always doesn't ring/vibrate.

If i press the home button whilst its ringing it then chimes out loud and vibrates.

All these issues started after my battery ran completely out the other day.

Can anyone help?

For the record, just got mine replaced. Software fault!
