I cannot get my phone to see the network that is blasting its signal from 3 feet in from of me. My desktop can see it and I don't even have an antenna on it although i use direct plug for the computer.

I have had it connected before and it worked great. I have no idea what has occurred to cause this issue. I can see all the other networks that are around. Plus it works on my other network at home.

I am pretty knowledgeable when it comes to this stuff but this one has me puzzled.

I have made sure the SSID is broadcasting. I have 128Wep on and have tried to join the network manually but it says "Cannot find XXXXX". All other computers do not have an issue seeing it. I also went in and added the Mac address of my phone but that didnt solve it either.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Yes it is a Belkin that has N capability. The current setting I am using is the one that includes B,G,and N.

Nice avatar btw. Shaman?

Previous iPhone models couldn't connect to N-only networks (I don't know about the current model) but it should be OK since you have B/G mode turned on. I'd better leave this for someone else.

Yup, shaman :)
