Hello All,

I have an original iPhone (2G), and it won't show up in iTunes. It used to work fine, and then a few months ago, I had this problem, back when I was using OS X 10.4.11. I was able to fix the problem, although I can't remember how I did it.

I've read through some old posts on the subject, but they all seem to be about the problem occurring on Windows computers. I tried a few things, but nothing has worked.

If anyone has any ideas on how to get iTunes to see my iPhone, I would love to hear them.

Thanks in advance,

steiney

Make sure that everything is up to date (itunes, windows service packs), then if that doesn't work, try uninstalling/reinstalling itunes and all of its components..

Hey guys,

Thanks for the replies. I actually tried reinstalling iTunes after I made the post, because I remember that it worked last time.

Anyway, it worked this time, too. Problem solved.

Thanks again for your replies.
