iPhone not syncing contact groups

I have iPhone 3g, MS Exchange 2k7, outlook 2k3. The phone sync regular contacts every time we add one, but when I create a group under the user's personal contact in Outlook they do not get sync to the iPhone.

Any ideas? :confused:
