iPhone not syncing properly with iTunes - Jailbroken

My 4S is not syncing properly with iTunes. It was beforehand (also jailbroken) then I restored and rejailbroke with absolutely no errors. But now I'm getting "iTunes cannot sync apps to the iPhone "Daniel's Phone" because the apps installed on the phone could not be determined"

In addition to this I'm getting wifi connectivity issues.

Any ideas? I'm on 5.0.1
