iPhone not syncing with iTunes

I try and sync my iPhone with iTunes and a message pops up saying "iTunes cannot sync photos it iPhone "Doug's iPhone" because the folder "My Pictures" cannot be found."

How do i make the My Pictures folder findable by iTunes????
