iPhone 5 about 3months old.

5 days ago I dropped my phone in the toilet, and it was submerged for about a second as I removed it straight away. Quickly turned it off and left it in the sun to dry for about an hour (I forgot about the rice trick)

After hour I turned the phone on and everything was working fine.

Last night the phone was on and I left it on charge as I went to sleep. This morning the phone doesn't turn on! When connected to power the apple logo appears and then the phone crashes and 5 seconds later the logo appears again and it repeats this cycle.

Any ideas on what I can do?
Many thanks

Put it in rice for a few days.

And after doing that, if it still doesn't work then it already got damaged from earlier.
