Iphone Notes showing up in friends iPhone notes

Recently any new notes I added to my iPhone notes have started showing up in a friends notes. It doesn't notify her, just simply gets added to her notes.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Sounds like you are both syncing notes to the same location.
