iPhone notification banners

I'm holding the phone 6 with one hand and a notification banner comes in and I can't reach it. When you use reachability it doesn't come down. Still stays up there. My solution would be to readjust the phone on my hand to reach but the 6 is really slippery.

Hope they make the notifications come down too with reachability.
