iPhone Notifications are not Centered in Lock Screen

When I get a notification no matter prowl or facebook, the notification is displayed over the clock and I really have no idea why. (I do not have any themes running over even winterboard for that matter). Any ideas?

EDIT: Here is an example of what I am talking about:

FIXED. Stupid Android Lock No text tweak from cydia was the culprit!
