Have an iphone 13 mini. IOS 18.3.2 so up to date.

I noticed recently that whenever someone text me or call me, I do not get notifications until much later. Or, I don't get the notifications until I open the app. Example, I open Wechat and then noticed several messages sent to me earlier or video calls to me earlier but it didn't show up on my phone. When someone called my Google voice number, sometimes, it doesn't even ring and only way to know about it is open the Google voice app.

Does anyone know why I'm having these issues? It's mainly with Wechat and Google voice. It happens on Whatsapp as well but not as much. I never did any changes to any settings. The only thing I do daily is I watch youtube videos later and then go on low power mode but then always go back to regular battery mode later on. Does that have anything to do with it? That certainly can't right? Then why am I having these issues? A while back I recalled I had these issues and it was because I had the do not disturb on somewhere but I don't think that is the case here?

Previously and message or voice call or video chat would get a ringing sound and then I would know about it.

I checked the notifications for each program and it seems like everything is default and nothing was changed.

No. Would doing that mean you lose everything on the programs though? I did power off my phone and power it back on and same issues.

I went and powered off my phone. Then turned it back on.

I still am having these issues? I notice on WeChat I got a few messages sent to me but didn't know it until I open the WeChat app.

This happens mainly with WeChat and Google Voice. It happens with Whatsapp but not as much.

What notifications do I have to check for this?

I did not make any changes to any of this. Is it possible I made it silent mode or something somehow?
