Hello.

I am new to iphone, switched from my samsung galaxy to iphone 14 pro max just recently. I am having an issue with notification sound it is linked with media volume that is in the control center and not with the ringer volume in the settings. If i am listening to music with low sound and forgot to increase the media volume after i am done in the control i miss my notifications because sound it too low. But if i increase the media volume then notifications sound increased. Please help or tell me what to do.

I tried.

Reseting all settings.
uninstalled the wallet app cause we don’t have it in our country.
disabled siri.
Change with button is off.

Thanks.

You can change the ringers and alerts volume in the Settings app, when I change the volume in control center it doesn't change it there. I also have the volume buttons on the side of the phone set to control the ringer volume, but if media is playing they control that instead. Is it possibly a problem with the app you are using?

Maybe an app triggers it if i turn off my phone for 2,3 minutes its back to normal but as soon as i use some app like facebook or youtube and change the volume with side buttons problem reappears. I have retarted it just now its behaving normally for now and i also have changed the the side buttons to control ringer volume lets see what happens.

Thanks for the answer 🙂
