iphone on 02 contract upgraded to 2.2 in Serbia via itunes

I have recently upgraded my o2 contract phone to 2.2 through itunes and a program called iphone unchained. This worked perfectly and whilst in Serbia I have no problems, receive and make calls email, webmail etc. I have returned to the UK and can do all these things except receive calls. When I am called the caller is connected to a serbian operator whos sys this calll cant be connected. Can anyone advise

Is it a UK 07xx number issued by O2? What do you get when you call it yourself?

If it is an O2 number, call them and ask if they can stop it happening. It sounds as if iphone unchained has somehow put a call divert on the number.
