Attached are two screenshots from my MacBookPro while connected to my school's WIFI network

question is:
is this type of network compatible with the iPhone to surf, receive email and use some 3th party web applications etc?

It's a WEP password, and I don't need to enter any other username, password or login after entering the WEP password.

(I've blurred the network name as for security reasons at my school..)

I dont see why it wouldnt, the iPhone can connect to a Wifi network via WEP, so I think you would be all set.
