I was told that T-mobile uses AWS, and WIND uses AWS. so a jailbreak that allows iPhone on T-Mobile should also work for WIND right???

also, anyone know of a way to WIND Mobile to work on iPhone's?

A jailbreak doesnt have anything to do with an unlock.
If you unlock any iphone model then it will accept any GSM carriers sim.
Some GSM carriers like Tmobile and others 3G bands are not compatible with the iphone so if you use data you'd be pulling 2G speeds.
Calls and texts would be fine.

iPhone on WIND Mobile

I got an unlocked iPhone 4, but a lot of the cheap plans that i wanted don't work with it. I am looking for a provider in Canada that can give me free texting, voicemail, caller id, and about 100 minutes for 20-30 dollars a month.

So basically if I were to unlock the phone i would still not be able to use an AWS carrier?
