I have tried everything, I am using a MacBook pro. I have put the iPhone in both DFU and recovery also tried using tiny umbrella. No programs are able to see a connected iPhone including iTunes, iPhoto, tiny umbrella, or the mac's system profiler under USB. Also tried using a windows PC running vista and latest iTunes, still no luck. The phone charges while connected, and the home and sleep button DO work. I'm open to any and all suggestions, I'm assuming something is shot inside. If anyone know what might need to be replaced please let me know, with an estimated cost as well. Thanks!
