Yesterday I had a guy from Genius Bar to restore my iPhone because all 3rd party apps I downloaded from App Store crashed with my OS 2.1

Back home, 5 mins after using Safari, it crashed and again in another 5 - 10 mins. Then I figured 3 out of 10 of 3rd party app crashing too.

I deleted one of the crashed app and reinstalled, the other 2 apps working fine after that.

Therefore, I would like to share with you guys.

However, there is no cure for Safari crashing at the moment until OS 2.2 which hopefully fixed this frustrating problem

Haha, keep dreaming.

I remember back in July '07 we were expecting this to be fixed in 1.01. Wow, were we ever naive back then.

If it could have been fixed, then it would have by now. The iPhone doesn't have enough physical memory, called RAM. Only about 128mb I believe. I hope that Apple finds a way to locally cache webpages on the flash memory, which should have a low enough random access time to get the job done.

Screw copy and paste, I want virtual memory Apple!!
