I just tried the video cable with iPhone OS 3.0 and my 3G and it worked the same as 2.2.1 did, but I thought Apple was going to make it so you can watch whatever is on the iPhone screen on a bigger screen. I remember some games (I think it was Motocross) showing this, this would be a neat feature for them to add.
