Apple Seeds iPhone OS 3 beta 5 (Build 7a312g) and iPhone SDK 3.0 Beta 5 (Build 9M2735) along with the 2nd Pre-Release of iTunes 8.2 to Developers!

Whats new:

- No more edditting on iPhone carrier file -> No more tethering - No more MMS
