iPhone Other Files Missing!!!

I don't know what happened, but today while syncing my iPhone 3G.... my other files (the orange box) just fully dissapeared.... is this a bad thing? or does it really matter.

It probably just means that some files that itunes could not identify as being in a certain group got identified.
