iphone over 3g or 4g question

I have an iphone 5s and when im over 4G or 3G if i go at apple.com the site only shows me the top bar(store/ipod/mac/iphone etc) the "30 years mac" is not. While im on wifi it does appear
And another site doesnt work is imore.com
