So, tomorrow I'm leaving for Rome, Italy and I would like to be able to text while over there so I can meet up with other people (also americans). I read online that it is 25c to send a text and 15c to receive one, is that correct? Also is there a setting to make sure that I don't use data, cuz that would be a PIA bill! 
I know that cingular has data packages but I really don't want to spend $25.
