Iphone phone calls in landscape mode?

I have searched and searched for this topic and cannot find it covered anywhere. Is it possible to have the iPhone call screen in landscape mode. I use my gps in landscape mode and when I make calls its super annoying that it does not. I know about zoom its off. Landscape mode works for just about everything, but this. oh and spotify but thats another story.

There's quite a few apps that are portrait mode only. Like the poster said, maybe with a jailbreak.
