Right I have an iPhone 4 running 6.1.3, I'm having trouble deleting photos that I have put on my phone from my pc, I have looked around and a lot of people are saying to go into iTunes and unselect the folders on my pc and they will be removed from my phone. But these photos are no longer on my pc, I can only see them on my phone but can't delete them anywhere! And I don't want all these photos deleted I only want to sort them out and delete the unwanted ones! HELP! I'm running out of memory on my phone!

Re sync it. Make sure you uncheck syncing photos. Try re syncing it with one folder if that doesn't work.
