iPhone photo's get cropped on photo stream

I am finding that any photo's I take with the iPhone look fine on the iPhone but if I load Aperture and look at the photo in photo stream they are all cropped, they also get cropped when looking at the photo in a synced iPad, anyone else seeing this?
