Hi

Im a complete new iPhone user but do own other mac devices.

I just purchased an iPhone SE and would like to ask a few questions about how photos sync over iCloud.

If I take a photo while Im on cell data will my photos upload to iCloud and sync across to my other mac devices or will it only do this when Im back on wifi?

Also Is there an option to turn off that new live photo feature, I like it but would not want to have it in all my photos as I would think live photos would take up a lot more storage space.
