IPhone Photos Sorting Problem

In Itunes when syncing photos to my Iphone, I choose the "Iphoto" and "All photos and albums" options. This puts all of my photos on my Iphone basically in one giant folder and are not sorted by date.

To get my pictures sorted by date on my Iphone I have been creating a folder in Pictures and then choosing the "Pictures" and "Selected folders" options.

Is there any way I can eliminate this step and get my pictures on my Iphone sorted by using the Iphoto option?
