Iphone photos to Iphoto to upload

Anytime I try to upload photos from my Iphone to Iphoto by "importing all" or another method, my pictures don't show up when I either try to upload them into an email or post them to FB.

Just to be clear it seems like they do finally come down over time but my latest pictures that i took on my phone do not show up when I try to upload them to either email or FB.

Also I set up the Facebook uploader in Iphone and every time I try to use it as a work around to my previous issue it honks at me like my old PC did when you did something it didn't allow.

What is the deal?

I got the Iphoto FB uploader to work but I still can't get my new photo's to show up in my uploading choices when I go to upload photos from FB or to an email. It's really annoying.
