How I save my iPhone S4 camera pictures in my Computer?

If using a Mac then it will open iPhoto or you can open Capture and transfer the images off of it.

If using Windows, then plug it in to your computer and unlock your phone. Windows will install the USB drivers and your phone should pop up with a message box saying if you trust this computer. If you select yes then the phone will mount and Windows will see it as a "Camera" at which point you can use the built-in transfer ability to copy pictures over. I think you have to use the Camera built-in to Windows to have it delete the pictures afterwards. Otherwise if just using Windows Explorer you will only be able to Copy, not Cut the images to your computer.

iTunes is not part of this process by the way. So you do not need it to be installed.
