Hi - I am confused
My iPhone 6S (10.2) is playing music not on my phone and I am not on wifi.
I have cellular shut off for Music and I go to the Music app and see the downloaded music section and it even says "showing only music on this phone"
But I hit shuffle and it plays songs from my iCloud library anyway. I do not see that it is eating my data and even under cellular/music it is not showing any data usage.
I want to be sure at the end of the month I am not really using data and my phone is just not recording it for music.
Any ideas?
Thanks

Update:
Well, not really an update but just a bump to say this is still happening.
Has anyone else experienced this at all?

My phone is not showing data usage and I am still unsure if my phone company is charging me data for it.

I believe I have all music-over-cellular turned off everywhere I can think of.

This is also happening to me and I can't figure out why.
