Iphone Portrait on Mac Photo problem with blur mask

Hi Everyone:

The Portrait mode in OSX Photos, after my iPhoneX pictures are synched through iCloud, drive me crazy.

Whenever I activate the Portrait mode in Photos, it is totally incorrect.
The blur mask it completely off and it never worked for me.

I read in the past, that the problem I still have existed but was fixes with a OSX update.
I run the latest update ( 10.13.5)


What can I do?
