iPhone preorder multiple phones

I am ordering a bunch if iPhone 6's for my office and wanted to know what the best way of doing so would be?

Basically, how does apple track multiple orders? Is it by email address? Billing address?

Like if I order 2 iPhones under one name can I place another order under a different name or will apple not let me do this??
