iPhone price to sell to AT&T

Hi all,

My brother knows the Apple iPhone sales director for the southeast or east (not sure which) and he said that Apple sells the iPhone to AT&T for $500. So I guess that would be ~ the non-subsidized price. I hadn't heard anywhere for sure what Apple was charging for them, so I thought I would let you all know. I don't know if thats for the 16GB or 8, but I assume the 16GB. Plus he said he had a goal of selling 7 million of the 3G this year. He has his work cut out for him

On "Attack of the Show" Olivia Munn said that the cost to build the 3g iPhone 8gb was $100 and the cost to build the original 8gb iPhone was $300 and she is so pretty that I believe anything she says.
