iPhone 11 Pro iPhone Pro 11 Camera - strange thumbnail popup

I was playing around with the 11 Pro Max camera and noticed a weird thing when trying to see the image from the camera app (not the photos app) after taking a picture.

Here is a slowmo link to what I am seeing when I look at the most recent image shot from the camera app.

If you look at the time frame around 16 seconds you will see a mini thumbnail like being popped out first before the actual image is rendered. I have not seen that in my XS MAX or the X I had before. And this only happens when I preview the image in landscape mode and not in portrait mode...

Is anyone seeing the same in yours as well? Not sure if its a bug related to iOS 13 or something with my phone itself!

I tried on my wife’s iPhone XS which has iOS 13 and see similar behavior. So looks an issue with iOS 13 and hopefully fixed in 13.1.

My 11 Pro 256 does that in the same location on the screen and the last image I took was a video- so it probably does this with both photos and images. Nice find.

iOS 13.1 seem to have fixed it!
