Hello,

Anyone else experiencing dropped calls? My cellular signal disappears in areas where my Iphone 13 Pro worked perfectly. Could this be a software issue or something Verizon needs to update? I have already tried to restart, turn on/off airplane mode, and reset network settings. Any other solutions? Thank you.

No issues here on Verizon. I had some weird data connection issues on the first day but nothing now.

Thanks. My Iphone is working great except for this issue and wondering if it is a hardware vs software vs network issue...

I can not remember the last time I had a dropped call, it have been over a year. My 14PM seems at least as good as my 13PM did.

Have Verizon check your SIM card. My 13 Pro Max was dropping calls even over WiFi calling. They told me there was a problem with my SIM card and sent me a new one. So far, so good.

I am seeing the same thing. Not sure what is going on. Verizon and an iPhone 14 Pro Max. I have full bars in my area and I've now dropped 2 calls in the last 2 days.

Thanks for the responses. I contacted Verizon and they sent a refresh signal. I'm nervous that this may be a hardware issue as it is not widely reported around here...
