iPhone 11 Pro iPhone Pro Max movies

On my iPhone X, if I watch Netflix on full screen, the lower and upper parts of the movies are removed due to the weird aspect ratio of the iPhone X.

Is this fixed with the Max models (such as the iPhone XS Max and iPhone 11 Pro Max)?
