All I can say is wow the video stabilization compared too the note 10 plus is fantastic . I’m very I’m very impressed with the quality these videos are putting out !

The video on the 11 pro is amazing. At full 4K and 60fps, to have the dynamic range and stabilisation it has is astounding
The only negative I have is you can’t swap the cameras to say use zoom lens, you have to stop recording and start again with new lens, or else it uses digital zoom. Hopefully rectified in iPhone 12!

Did you actually own a Note 10? Reason I ask is because in actuality both phones are so close in video capabilities that it would be very difficult to see much of a difference between the two in terms of stabilization and video quality.
