Hey! Had just the 12 blue delivered Friday and absolutely love it, I got the 64gb version however just wondering if you are allowed to return the phone for higher storage?

I've realised as i plan to keep a device for a couple years now, whether to upgrade to the 128gb 12, or just pay the extra £150 and get the pro... decisions decisions?

Is it allowed to do this though?

Yes, Apple have a 14 day no quibble exchange and return policy. As long as the device is in his condition.

Just pop into your local Apple store or get hold of them online and tell them you want to return it.

Perfect, If i choose to exchange, do i just pay the difference? Also is the 14 days from date of delivery, so i'd have until 06NOV?

Thanks again

Effectively yes. They'll refund the one you have then sell you the other one.

I think it's 14 days from delivery but I'm not 100% sure. I'd check with Apple

You’ve got 14 days from date of delivery to initiate a return, and a further 14 days to actually return it to Apple be that in store or posted back. So you’ve effectively got 28 days as long as you log in to your Apple account on day 13/14 and start the return process under “orders”.
