IPhone Problem.

Hey, I'm having an issue with my iphone that i just purchased today(iphone 3gs 16g),it was version 2.3.1 when i got it locked to telus network, i brought it downtown to an unlock booth, the guy then unlocked my phone and handed it back to me,moments later when i was in the car i realized my phone wasnt starting it was just staying on the apple logo,after that i went home and tried fixing it but so far no luck,i was getting a 3519 error and a 1015 error, nothing i do will seem to work and my phone is stuck to the connect to itunes screen? what can i do to fix this!

Go back to the guy and have him fix it.
