iPhone purchase and tax in California

Buy your iPhones from Walmart if you are in California.

I just learned that WM charges tax on subsidised price vs full retail by other retailers including Apple.

This is a great saving considering the tax rate in Cali is almost 10%.

Glad I am yet to buy my iPhone. I wish I knew this before for my previous iPhone purchases.
