At the library i let someone charge there iphone via usb to my mac and i was wondering if it was possible for them to look at or take files from my computer? Bluetooth was not activated

Only if you opened iTunes and it started automatically syncing could they have potentially started downloading your apps, but they couldn't see any of your data unless they have your Apple ID.
