iPhone iPhone randomly restarting

Hey all,

My iPhone 5 has been randomly restarting itself for awhile. I saw that this was a "common" issue for iOS 7 and was recently fixed in iOS 7.1. However, I'm not wanting to update so I can keep my jailbreak. Is there any cydia tweak out there that fixes this?

Also, is there any tweak that changes the icons in Weather.app to look like the icons iOS 7.1?
